Data Scientist (Optimization & ML) — Full-time

We’re hiring a data scientist focused on applied optimization and machine learning — not research for slides.

What you’ll work on

• Building optimization and ML models used in production

• Solving constrained, real-world problems in logistics and transportation

• Translating operational requirements into mathematical formulations

• Deploying models with engineering teams

Core requirements

• Operations Research & Optimization (LP, MILP, heuristics, constraint modeling)

• Applied Machine Learning (supervised / unsupervised, model evaluation)

• Mathematical modeling under real operational constraints

• Feature engineering and data-driven decision modeling

• Strong Python skills (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, OR tools)

• Proven applied data science experience
